Here we show Kitchens and Baths we built for 4 new townhome units in SW Portland.
Upon entering the homes of two of the units, the owners will be met with the LVP stairs with custom Schluter edging, an electric fireplace, and a stained fir stair divider.
Here we show multiple angles of the kitchen including new shaker cabinets, LVP flooring, new appliances, quartz counters, subway tile backsplash and modern lighting.
An electric fireplace will be so enjoyable for gatherings in the family room.
The upstairs has additional living area space for entertaining including LVP flooring, mini split Heating and Cooling, and modern light fixtures. Plenty of natural light creates an open atmosphere.
Next we show one of the spacious bedrooms along with its bathroom. The bath has a large format tile shower, a Schluter shelf, quartz countertop and shaker vanity.
Other bathroom styles are light and bright with a quartz countertop, solid wood vanity, black hardware and globe pendant lighting.
We created slightly different layouts for the kitchens on each end of the townhome unit. All include new shaker cabinets, LVP flooring, new appliances, quartz counters, subway tile backsplash and new modern lighting.
