Before we get further into the details, let’s introduce you to our customer who happily provided this project review. While of course we wish to share all the specifics, we are most proud when our clients are thrilled with the results.

Here is the kitchen before we began the remodeling project. Notice the darker paint on the cabinets while we were getting comfortable with the cabinet selections.
A lot of planning takes place before a kitchen or bathroom remodel begins. Advanced Construction looks to be your trusted partner in reviewing all the large and small details as part of a remodeling project. We realize many have not been exposed to the planning aspect. It is easier to appreciate the details required when comparing the new and existing floor plan.
Sometimes a remodel project is relatively simple, while other times there can be complex decisions pertaining to the integrity of the structure. We needed to carefully plan for the framing for this new kitchen. Other plans are easier to appreciate, especially when they will be the most visible aspects of the job.

Here are the kitchen rough framing and electrical work. This included framing of loadbearing beams, electrical and plumbing work.
Now we show when the new painted cabinets were installed followed by the new flooring.

Next was the countertop installation and hood ducting work. There will be plenty of pullout storage in these new cabinets!

The bathroom remodel included using space from a closet to expand the room for a full shower. Here we show Advanced Construction framing and putting in a new shower pan along with new plumbing and electrical as part of the rough in work.
The completed bathroom remodel has new subway tile and a frameless door in the shower. The Hex and Dot Retro Flooring Tile stand out.
